delete your pardy account

you can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, in about ten seconds. if you cannot get in, ask us here and we will do it for you.

in the app, the fast way

open pardy and sign in.
tap your portrait in the top corner to open your profile.
open Settings.
scroll to the bottom and choose delete account.
type delete to confirm.

it happens immediately. there is no waiting period and it cannot be undone.

what deletion removes

every photo, video, voice note and sticker you own, and any sticker cut from something you captured, everywhere it appears
your profile picture, display name, date of birth, country and age range
your game settings and your block list
any data export you generated
your link to Apple and Google, so signing in again gives you a brand new empty account rather than this one back
your membership of every circle

what deletion leaves behind

the text messages you wrote in a circle stay in that circle's chat, shown as written by a former member, with no name and no picture. rounds you played leave a placeholder so the thread and the canvas keep their shape.

a circle is one long shared conversation, and pulling your half out would tear holes in everybody else's history. nothing left behind names you or points back to you. if you want a specific message gone as well, ask below and we will remove it.

we also keep a note that an account with your Apple or Google identifier was deleted, so someone we banned cannot just come straight back, and anything a child safety law obliges us to keep. full detail in the privacy policy.

take your data with you first

before you delete, you can export everything: Settings, then the data export. you get a file with your profile, settings, circles, the items you posted and the media you own. once the account is gone we cannot produce it.

if you cannot sign in

use this form. we will confirm it is you before we delete anything, then delete the account and tell you when it is done. we aim to complete these within 30 days.

tell us the email or the display name attached to the account, and how you signed in, with Apple or with Google. that is usually enough for us to find it.
